We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products only.

- Damaged or leaking items (report within 48 hours with photos)
- Wrong item shipped
- Missing items from order
- Unopened, sealed products within 7 days
Not Eligible
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (GCash, Maya, card).
